12 Movies Where The Actors Had Real Sex On-Screen!

PSA: Most of the movie sex-scenes we see are fake. But there are a few extremely adventurous movies which have real sex. Yep, actors have actually done the deed on-screen and the movies aren’t pornographic in nature. Interesting, isn’t it? So here’s a list of 12 movies where the actors have had unsimulated sex! 1) 9 Songs

9 Songs is a 2004 British art romantic drama film written and directed by Michael Winterbottom. The title refers to the nine songs played by eight different rock bands that complement the story of the film. 9 Songs was controversial due to the depiction of real sex between actors Kieran O’Brien and Margo Stilley.

2) Love

Directed by Gaspar Noé, Love is a French Drama film which revolves around cinema school student named Murphy and his former girlfriend Electra, whom he dated for two years, before sleeping with another woman, Omi. The movie featured at the 2015 Cannes Film Festival and it’s in 3D.

3) Anatomy of Hell

Another French drama which has unsimulated sex. Directed by Catherine Breillat, this movie is about a lonely woman who pays a gay man to join her for a four-day exploration of sexuality while locked away from society in an isolated estate. Sounds crazy, no?

4) In The Realm Of Senses

In The Realm Of Senses is a Japanese and French art film directed by Nagisa Oshima. The film is a fictionalized account of Sada Abe, a Japanese lady who is remembered for erotically asphyxiating her lover, Kichizo Ishida, and then cutting off his penis and testicles and carrying them around with her in her kimono. Hmmm.

5) Pola X

French movies do have the most unsimulated sex, right? Pola X is loosely based on the Herman Melville novel Pierre (or The Ambiguities). It revolves around a successful young novelist who is confronted by a woman who claims to be his lost sister, and the two begin a romantic relationship. Game Of Thrones, who?

6) Shortbus

Shortbus is an American comedy movie about a sexually diverse ensemble of colorful characters trying desperately to connect in New York City. The characters indulge in a weekly Brooklyn artistic/sexual salon loosely inspired by various underground NYC gatherings that took place in the early 2000s.

7) Love Actually….Sucks!

Love Actually… Sucks! is a 2011 Hong Kong movie, directed by Scud (Danny Cheng Wan-Cheung). The film’s title is a humorous wordplay on the romantic comedy film story Love Actually, as it deals with similar complicated and interconnected relationships. But, like, with a lot more sex.

8) Scarlet Diva

Scarlet Diva is a semi-autobiographical film about the Italian actress and director Asia Argento‘s life. A self-destructive streak in Anna Batista (Argento) pulls her into drugs, sex and other excesses. To combat this, she attempts to fulfill her creative side by becoming a film director.

9) Through The Looking Glass

This isn’t the sequel to Alice In Wonderland; the movie is actually a 1976 adult film directed byJonas Middleton with avant-garde, experimental elements. The film stars Catherine Erhardt as a bored socialite that finds herself drawn to a mirror that ignites her sexual desires.

10) Pink Flamingos

Pink Flamingos is a 1972 American black comedy exploitation film written, produced, scored, shot, edited, narrated, and directed by John Waters. When the film was initially released, it caused a huge degree of controversy due to the wide range of perverse acts performed in explicit detail. It did make a star out of the drag queen actor Divine.

11) Sweet Movie

Sweet Movie is a 1974 avant-garde art house comedy-drama film by the Yugoslavian directorDušan Makavejev. The movies follows a Canadian beauty queen, who represents a modern commodity culture, and a captain aboard a ship laden with candy and sugar, who is a failed communist revolutionary. With loads and loads of sex.

12) Gandu

Yes! An Indian movie makes it to the list. Gandu is a Bengali movie directed by Qaushiq Mukherjee. Gandu has caused some controversy because of language and scenes of nudity and sex. Sanjay Dutt Opens Up About His Alleged Fight With Salman Khan

Rumours were doing the rounds that the bhais of bollywood, Sanjay Dutt and Salman Khan are not talking to each other. It all started when Salman did not visit Dutt after his jail sentence ended.

However, Sanjay Dutt refuted all such claims and said:

"What jhagda? I went to his Ganpati celebrations when I was out on furlough and no one wrote about it. But he didn’t visit me after I returned and that was news. He’s a busy actor, he was shooting far away, he can’t be sitting at my house 24×7 but he’s still my younger brother."

Okay, then. Long live their camaraderie!

“Show Business Can Be Very Stressful” – Ranveer Singh On The Big Bad World Of Bollywood

Do you have a song for life? The one you sub-consciosuly start humming when the going gets tough? I know Ranveer Singh has one. He revealed that he swears by Urvashi Urvashi, Take It Easy Policy from the film Hum Se Hai Muqabala.

In an interview with IANS, he said:

"I believe in the philosophy, in this deep philosophy of this most famous song, ‘Take it easy policy’. Take it easy is the best policy."

Whether it’s his quirky clothes or antics on the camera, the guy never fails to amuse us. About his take on life and his spirited attitude, Ranveer said:

"I have an immense love for life, I have a great zeal for life, I have a great lust for life, you could say, and therefore I live every day like it’s my last and I do everything like it’s either the first time I’m doing it or the last time I’m doing it. So, I really go after it with everything I’ve got."

Hmmm, is that how he keeps up his effervescence and maintains his cool quotient? He added:

"Life in the fast lane can be very stressful, of course, show business can be very stressful, but I’ve learnt that as a manipulator of one’s moods, as an actor, as a performer, on a daily basis, you’re manipulating your moods. So as a general rule of thumb, I try and keep things light. I like to smile a lot, laugh a lot, joke a lot. I like to have a convivial, sort of jovial atmosphere in my life, whenever I’m working. I think that’s very important. It’s good for health also."

Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani make such a nice couple, and from the looks of it, they aren’t really hiding the fact that they’re seeing each other. “We Have Gone Beyond Being Just Good Friends” – Sidharth Malhotra On Alia Bhatt

Sidharth Malhotra gave an interview to Mid-Day where he spoke about how the youth is more open to relationships and sexual preferences and are less judgmental than the previous generation. But when it came to professing his love for his girlfriend (who is most definitely Alia Bhatt), Sidharth was a little evasive –

"Since I didn’t grow up in and around the film industry, the rumours and the attention towards my personal life is something I am still struggling to come to terms with. I take it with a pinch of salt because it is part and parcel of being a Bollywood actor."

But if you read between the lines, you will figure that Sidharth more or less confirmed that Alia and he are more than friends –

"Of course, Alia and I have a terrific bond because of the number of films we have done together. We have been friends for a long time. Over the years, we have gone beyond being just colleagues and friends. You are bound to have an emotional connect when you spend so much time with someone. But, at its core, Alia and I share a deep friendship that remains unaffected by what’s written about us and what people say."
